Operations Assistant Analyst (Calamba Plant)

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an Operations Assistant Analyst. The role focuses on compliant and organized document control aligned with existing company policies and management systems, including Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL, and FSSC. The OAA stands as the document and data control custodian, manages enrolled and controlled documents, coordinates with all Department Heads, leads document review, and administers budget administration, disbursement and liquidation of the revolving fund.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Plant Document and Information Controller (PDIC) and manage enrolled and controlled documents from leading reviews, managing new & old documents, enrolment, internal audit, and obsolescence processes, in compliance with implemented management systems;
