**Description:**
Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Of New England, is seeking an **Assistant Nurse Manager (RN)** for our **Neuroscience Unit** .
In this leadership role, you will support the day-to-day clinical and operational functions of a specialized inpatient unit caring for patients with **acute neurological and neurosurgical conditions** , including stroke, seizure disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and other complex neuroscience diagnoses.
The Assistant Nurse Manager partners with the Nurse Manager to drive **clinical excellence, staff engagement, patient safety, and quality outcomes** while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered, and mission-driven environment.
**What You'll Do**
+ Full-time: 40 hours per week; mixed/varied schedule based on unit needs.
+ Support daily operations of a **busy inpatient Neuroscience Unit** .
