What does the job look like?

The Assistant Materials Planner will work closely with operational teams to source parts and assist the Team Leader in managing supplier deliveries, including creating and following up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

Key areas include:

• Maintaining optimum stock level of parts to meet business requirements
• Creating and maintaining an inventory schedule
• Following up on outstanding purchase orders - end to end
• Liaising with internal team and source parts as required
