Casual Management

• Generating report on hours worked for each casual workers
• To monitor and ensure shift markers uploading shift schedule into Solus system to approve/reject, working on public Holiday/day-off/extra OT hours.
• To solicit new casual workers/replacements based on respective department requests.
• To check and rectify all system related errors on attendance capture by system, faulty access card & etc.

Security Management

• Generating report on hours worked for Security Guard
• To upload shift schedule into Solus System, to approve/reject working on public Holiday/Day-off/extra OT hours.
• To solicit a replacement for security guard
• To check and rectify all system related errors on attendance not captured by the system, faulty access cars & etc.
• Monitoring and ensuring security guards to perform task on satisfactory manner
