• SupportHeadsindiscussionswithprospectivepartnersforSDGIincludingbackgroundanalyses,investmenttheses,duediligence,valuation,synergyassessments,etc.
• SupportdealoriginationprocessforSDGI,includingconductingdesktopanalysesandworkingwithexternalparties(e.g.investmentbanks,strategyconsultants,orindustrialplayers)togenerateorevaluatepotentialleads.

StrategicPlanning

• SupportthedevelopmentofSDGI’sbusinessstrategiesandlong-termplanse.g.,SDGI’sStrategyBlueprint,bymanagingandworkingwithteamtoconductmarketresearchandfinancialanalyses.
