Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Social Care, RHSO

Overview

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Partnerships & Collaboration, the role will support the development and implementation of initiatives that advance social-health integration and strengthen community care delivery in the western region.

This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders across NUHS, as well as external partners such as government agencies and community partners to develop collaborations, support new initiatives, and drive projects that contribute to NUHS' role as the population health manager for the region.

The successful candidate should be comfortable engaging diverse stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and coordinating efforts across multiple organisations to achieve shared outcomes.
