We are now recruiting an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join COYA Ibiza for the Summer 2026 season.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar management role in a luxury high-end brand.
• Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team.
