Overseas day-to-day manufacturing operations, supervising a team of operations associates. Manages the planning, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing activities, ensuring the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel to produce high-quality products at minimal cost. Sets priorities, reviews team performance, and adjusts work methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
