Assistant Manager

Overview

• Oversee food preparation and other kitchen and cashier operations
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas.
• Ensure that the staff complies with health and food safety standards.
• Must possess a keen sense of taste and smell to inspect food quality
• Must have initiative & able to work with less direction
• Act as mentor or training staff
• Can start ASAP!

Qualifications

• Any 4 year business related course, HRM, Culinary
• Passionate about food
• Preferably with work experience in the food service industry atleast one (1) year
• Outstanding leadership and management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving Skills.
• Willing to do field work
