Assistant Manager - Maintenance (33KV)(Paradigm Mall JB)

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead the mall's facilities, maintenance, and fit-out operations at Paradigm Mall JB . This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all building systems, overseeing preventive maintenance, managing contractors and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained environment for tenants and shoppers.
