Overview
- Support the Restaurant and Team in daily operations to ensure efficient, profitable service and a superior guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front- and back-of-house staff; assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance coaching.
- Oversee service quality, food presentation, and consistency with brand standards.
- Ensure excellent guest service: handle complaints, resolve issues, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
- Manage opening/closing procedures and daily cash handling; reconcile tills and deposits.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food, beverage, and labor costs.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards; maintain compliance with local regulations and licensing.
