HIRING – ASSISTANT MANAGER RECRUITMENT (BFSI & FINANCIAL DOMAIN)
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 7+ years of experience in End-to-End Recruitment.
- Strong expertise in BFSI, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance & Financial Domain Hiring.
- Experience in managing mid-level to leadership hiring mandates.
- Proven ability to handle stakeholder management, workforce planning, and recruitment strategy.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Media, Employee Referrals, and Vendor Management.
- Must have experience in mentoring and leading a team of recruiters.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, hiring funnels, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, people management, and client engagement skills.
