Assistant Manager – NPD (New Product Development) – Wiring Harness Location: Chennai (Irungattukottai) Experience: 10+ Years Industry: Wiring Harness / Automotive / EV Manufacturing Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – NPD to lead end-to-end New Product Development activities for Wiring Harness products. The role involves managing projects from customer RFQ, design review, prototype development, validation, PPAP submission, and successful SOP (Start of Production) while coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product launches. Key Responsibilities Lead new product development projects from concept to mass production. Review customer drawings, specifications, schematics, and technical requirements.
