Job Description
We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development.
Responsibilities
- Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
- Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom and sales floor as needed, ensuring seasonal areas of the store are maintained.
- Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
- Process all corporate directives including Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, Key Survey information requests and any additional communications related to store activities.
