Job Description
Support HR in Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), training, audits, and HR administration , while ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee & Industrial Relations
- Advise on HR policies, employment laws, and regulations
- Handle employee grievances, misconduct investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain positive employer-employee relationships
- Manage PIP, domestic inquiries, and employee feedback programs
- Liaise with government bodies (e.g., IR office, immigration)
2. Learning & Development
- Support training strategies and programs
- Coordinate training, e-learning, and development activities
- Maintain training records and dashboards (Oracle Learning system)
