Job Description

Support HR in Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), training, audits, and HR administration , while ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee & Industrial Relations

  • Advise on HR policies, employment laws, and regulations
  • Handle employee grievances, misconduct investigations, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain positive employer-employee relationships
  • Manage PIP, domestic inquiries, and employee feedback programs
  • Liaise with government bodies (e.g., IR office, immigration)

2. Learning & Development

  • Support training strategies and programs
  • Coordinate training, e-learning, and development activities
  • Maintain training records and dashboards (Oracle Learning system)
