Assistant Manager, HRBP (Based in Changi North)

Job Descriptions

• Provide timely operational advice, e.g. people practices, local employment laws and HR trends, to key stakeholders to drive and support people initiatives and facilitate decision making.
• Provide guidance to the line managers on employee grievances, disciplinary and termination handling. Resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigation where necessary.
• Partner with the business, Talent Acquisition and L&D team to deliver various initiatives such as the Work-Study Diploma, Aircraft Maintenance Training and recruitment of Technicians and Engineers.
• Communicate and engage key stakeholders via formal and informal channels to ensure they are informed and engaged timely.
• Ensure high quality in all deliverables whilst meeting deadlines.
