Opportunity

This position works out of our Imazium Damansara Uptown location in the Corporate Human Resources (CHR) .

We are seeking an Assistant Manager, HR who will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance & employee support across multiple entities.

  • Payroll management
  • Employee support & benefits administration
  • Tax & compliance
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) & Restricted Stock Unit (RSU)
  • Projects & system enhancement
  • Internal & external audit
  • Employee Pass (EP) management

Required Qualifications

  • B.S. in Human Resource or any other equivalent
  • 3–5 years of Malaysia payroll experience
  • Strong understanding of statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
