- Assist in managing the day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet luxury hotel standards.
- Supervise and guide housekeeping associates, room attendants, and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and high productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and brand standards.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry departments to ensure seamless guest service and room readiness.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
- Monitor housekeeping inventory, linen control, guest supplies, and cleaning equipment while controlling departmental costs.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety regulations, and housekeeping SOPs.
