Requirements

• RSA ID and legal residence essential
• Minimum 3 years' hospitality management experience essential
• Hospitality qualification beneficial
• Valid Driver's License essential
• Strong Front Office and guest relations experience
• Experience managing reservations and booking systems
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong administration and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to lead and motivate staff
