Job Description
The incumbent would be part of System Support Portfolio will require to manage multiple markets and systems on Production Support process in EMEA / JAPA and LAC regions. Will require to manage multiple finance systems
The incumbent would be part of System Support and Projects team and shall be responsible for following
- :Manage multiple markets and systems on Production Support process in JAPA /EMEA & US LA
- CManage and deliver on multiple small projects basis customer and organization requirement
- .Support projects involving new product development, system upgrades and platform changes
- .Customer, Technology, third party Partner engagement and relationship management
- .Problem solving and designing solutions for gaps/issues in proces
- sSupport driving standardization, improvement, re-engineering / cost effectiveness initiatives through process improvement suggestion
