Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Conduct performance reviews
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise 5-10 people

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 3 years
• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years
• Must work at a physical location; remote work not available
