Assistant Manager – Pan’s Café, Dumfries
£28,000–£32,000 DOE + tips
Responsibilities
- Help lead daily operations of Pan’s Café and evening venue.
- Train, motivate and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the owner to support growth and next stage of Pan’s Café’s development.
Qualifications
- Hospitality management experience preferred, but exceptional supervisors seeking their first management role will be considered.
