Assistant manager - digital collections strategy & campaign management

We are actively looking for an experienced and driven professional to join our team in Mumbai for the role of Assistant Manager – Collections Strategy & Campaign Management.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end collections strategy execution across digital channels. Manage and monitor portfolios including PDM, PDD, Write-off, and NPA buckets. Analyze portfolio performance and implement data-driven collection strategies to improve recoveries. Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and business insights to stakeholders and clients. Own revenue and P& L performance for assigned campaigns/portfolios. Lead and manage team performance, productivity, and target achievement.
