Assistant Manager - Design & Estimation (PAS)

Job description Key Responsibilities: Designing refractory lining systems based on project requirements, technical specifications, and industry standards. Collaborating with project managers Preparing detailed engineering drawings Providing technical support during the installation phases Performing inspections, quality control, and testing of refractory materials and installations Staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in refractory design and materials. Requirements: Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Ceramic Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with minimum 3-5 years of experience. Engineering knowledge of materials (strength & properties of material) & design engineering. Proficiency in CAD software for design and drafting (e.g., AutoCAD,/SolidWorks/Creo). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
