Assistant Manager - Corporate Safety & Emergency Planning

Job Responsibilities:

Perform the duties of a Registered Workplace Safety Officer (WSHO) to ensure that resort’s daily operations are carried out in accordance with the WSH Act and its subsidiary legislative requirements.

• Liaise with Business Units on safety and fire safety related matters.
• Provide advice to Business Units on WSH risks, governance and compliance.
• Develop and maintain a WSH Management System in accordance with ISO45001 requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of (not limiting to) documents, equipment, tools, premises to ensure they are properly maintained and in compliance with WSH and Fire safety standards and requirements.
• Monitor Contractor, Vendor and Supplier (CVS) including maintaining and administrating electronic Permit-to-Work (ePTW) system, reviewing documents submission via ePTW, conducting site inspections, compiling statistics and communication.
