Reporting to the Senior Brokerage Manager, you will oversee the Customs Associates, ensuring high standards of accuracy and morale. Your role includes evaluating the Raters’ performance while collaborating with Customs Managers on special projects and productivity optimization. Daily, you will analyze operations and assist in resolving any client disputes that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the performance of Customs Associates daily
• Evaluate Raters' productivity and provide feedback
• Collaborate with Customs Managers on special projects
• Analyze and improve operational efficiency
• Support Customs Associates in daily tasks
Requirements:
• 5 years in customs and transportation experience
