Position Summary
Assistant Manager – Full Time.
Hours: 43 hours across 5 days per week. Pay: £31,449 – £32,648 per annum.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the shop manager to run an efficient shop and provide great service to customers.
- Be responsible for the development of your team of retail assistants through coaching, mentoring and feedback.
- Take accountability for the shop in the absence of the shop manager, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are worked quickly and shop routines maintained to keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.
