The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting, financial reporting, and indirect tax regulations.

1. Accounting and Financial Reporting

• Responsible for the preparation and finalization of financial statements as per IND AS and Indian GAAP.
• Coordinate with Group Cos. for inter-company reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts..
• Ensure Income Tax and TDS filing and returns related matters including Tax Audit..
• Review and implement best practices for accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting.

2. Indirect Taxation Compliance

• Oversee GST compliance, filings and reconciliation s to optimize tax efficiency for entire Group.
