This role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their business partnering skills while gaining exposure to budgeting, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement within a complex and purpose-driven environment.

The Role

Working closely with a portfolio of faculties and business units, you will act as a trusted finance partner, supporting managers with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. A key focus of the role will be analysing salaries and wages, helping stakeholders understand workforce costs, headcount movements, vacancies, restructures, and other staffing changes that impact budgets.
