Job Description
The Assistant Maitre D’ supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing dining room staff and ensuring an exceptional guest experience in terms of food quality and service, all in line with company policies and service standards.

- Maintain professional, courteous conduct in all guest and crew interactions, following Celebrity Cruises’ standards of Safety, Service, and Style.
- Lead, coach, evaluate, and support restaurant staff in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager.
- Oversee a designated section of the restaurant, managing specific responsibilities as assigned.
- Coordinate personnel and task assignments during special events like the Midnight Buffet, in collaboration with the Assistant Food Manager.
- Uphold and promote high standards in food presentation and service; anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
