We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Lodge Manager to support the daily operations of a luxury safari lodge. This role requires strong leadership, excellent guest relations, and the ability to ensure smooth coordination across all departments. Key Responsibilities Assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lodge. Manage and support lodge staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Ensure high standards in housekeeping, food & beverage service, and maintenance. Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any queries or issues professionally. Maintain stock control and ordering procedures for lodge supplies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
