Assistant Lodge Manager

Ideal candidate speaks fluent English, has a hospitality degree, and minimum of two years of entry level management experience (ideally in 5* environment). Preference for candidate with strong, friendly personality, which can host guests and simultaneously command respect. Preference for strong administration skills. This is a great position for a younger candidate to gain hands-on experience in a five star lodge in all aspects of lodge operations. Because position stands in as lodge manager, candidate must come with some prior management experience and maturity.
