Assistant

We are looking for a warm-hearted and responsible assistant to work in a small group home and home care for people with developmental disabilities. As an assistant, you are an important part of the residents' daily lives. You support their well-being and help create a life as independent as possible, together with the care staff.

Responsibilities

• Participating in outdoor activities, exercise, and recreational activities
• Household cleaning, laundry, and tasks related to comfort
• Preparing and serving meals
• Engaging in hobbies and errands outside the home

Requirements

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A responsible, proactive, and positive work attitude
