Job Description
Key Responsibility
1. Key Account Management
- Oversee the daily business operations for Blink it and Zepto accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with category managers, buyers, and key stakeholders.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned accounts.
- Contribute to Joint Business Planning (JBP) initiatives in collaboration with platform teams.
2. Business Growth & Revenue Management
- Accelerate primary and secondary sales growth for assigned key accounts.
- Design and implement account-specific growth strategies to maximize business performance.
- Identify opportunities for expanding product assortment, entering new regions, and increasing category presence.
- Monitor account profitability while driving sustainable revenue growth.
