Assistant IT Manager — 24/7 Hotel Tech & Continuity Lead

Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is seeking an Assistant IT Manager to join the IT Department and ensure optimal IT infrastructure performance across the hotel. You will provide high-quality technical support to staff and guests and may act as Head of the Department in the IT Manager's absence.

Reporting to the Director of IT, you will manage daily operations, security, backups, vendor coordination and continuity planning, while upholding Mandarin Oriental's luxury service standards.
