Assistant Integration Coordinator
Organization: RKY Camp
Location: Parham, ON (north of Kingston, ON)
Reports to: Integration Coordinator
Pay Rate: starting at $390 per week (+$40 per week for NL) with additional compensation provided for relevant certifications and experience.
Contract Dates: June 21 – August 28, 2026. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work in our spring Outdoor Centre season.
The Assistant Integration Coordinator supports the Integration Coordinator in the facilitation of the RKY Camp Integration Program. They will provide regular coverage for staff working as integration counsellors to take breaks during the day, provide skills and experience related to working with children with disabilities and complex behavioural needs, and build rapport and relationships with integration participants.
