Responsibilities
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions with focuses on recruitment, managing personnel data in HR systemFacilitate training program and Employee Relations activities
Strengthen the recruitment channels and selection sources
Facilitate the whole recruitment cycle
Conduct staff orientation program and enhance the induction planCompile HR related reports periodicallyParticipate in ad hoc projects when required
Requirements
Degree Holder in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent
At least 4 years’ relevant work experience
IT industry experience is preferredGood in Employment Ordinance and related legislation in HK
