Assistant Headteacher/SENCo

As our School Assistant Headteacher/SENCO you will combine strategic leadership with a strong teaching presence, championing high-quality, inclusive practice and working closely with staff, families and external professionals to deliver outstanding outcomes for pupils.

In this role you will:

• Lead and develop whole school SEND provision in line with the SEND Code of Practice.
• Support and develop staff to deliver consistently high-quality, inclusive teaching.
• Work closely with parents, cares and professionals to create strong, supportive partnerships.
• Contribute to the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school.
