Assistant GM: Lead Guest Experience & Operations

Pica Rica BBQ is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the GM by teaching, coaching, and leading the team while developing skills in growing sales, controlling costs, labor planning, and protecting the guest experience. The AGM will also step in for the GM when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
