Winsome Group is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager, Sales to lead sales performance for its Patna operations. The role requires a strong real estate sales leader who can achieve revenue targets, manage sales teams, improve lead conversion and build strong customer and channel partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned projects.
- Lead and monitor the sales team to improve productivity, discipline and closures.
- Manage leads from digital campaigns, walk ins, referrals and channel partners.
- Improve enquiry to site visit and site visit to booking conversion.
