Assistant general manager finance

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years' relevant experience

Experience: 5–10 years in Individual Accounts/Finance segment

Reporting To: CFO

CTC Range: ₹25–35 LPA

Joining Timeline: 1–2 months

Key Responsibilities:

Regular maintenance of Individual Accounts including taxation, investment, and tax planning for promoters/directors. Investment planning with focus on tax efficiencies. Due diligence and monthly monitoring of JV companies. Strong knowledge of income computation, GST, company compliance, and company formation. Coordination with investment bankers, PE/VC funds, and handling valuation discussions. Finalization of books, CARO, TP audit, cost audits. Preparation of financials, monthly trackers, and MIS reports. Handling of private trusts, mutual funds, and individual investments.
