As our restaurant group grows, we’re seeking a skilled Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager and ownership by leading operations, developing management staff, and driving strategic initiatives that elevate our hospitality and business performance.

The Assistant General Manager is a senior leader who partners with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and long-term goals. While Service Managers focus on day-to-day execution and team support, the AGM leads broader operational strategy, manager development, and financial oversight. The AGM sets the tone for the management team and acts as a critical bridge between ownership, the GM, and the restaurant staff.
