This role offers a dynamic environment for an experienced legal professional to handle a variety of corporate transactions, particularly technology services deals, while contributing to commercial contract negotiations and corporate governance matters.

Contract Drafting, Review & Negotiation - Technology Services, Insurance Solutions, and Vendor
Working directly with business partners, Own and manage all aspects of technology contracts including, for example, drafting, redlining, responding to redlines, and negotiating Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), software-as-a-service (SaaS) contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and licensing agreements.
