Assistant General Counsel Location: Boone, NC. Position Summary: The Assistant General Counsel position works in the Office of General Counsel to provide legal advice and counsel to leaders of Appalachian State University. Minimum Qualifications: Must be admitted to the North Carolina bar or to another state bar and prepared to seek immediate admission in North Carolina within one year of employment. North Carolina State Bar membership in good standing, or licensure in good standing in another state on the date of initial employment and licensure to practice law in North Carolina within one year.
