Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Participate in meal preparation by preparing mise en place including process of cutting, washing, and grinding
2. Ensure proper storage of raw materials in freezer, chiller and store room including labeling of food items.
3. Ensure the freezer and chiller always clean, neat and tidy.
4. Perform basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly maintained
5. To complete the meal pre-preparation ingredients of the next day before leaving the kitchen
6.To assist in kitchen inventory and labeling of food items. Comply with First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system
REQUIREMENT
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
- at least 1 year of working experience in food service
