Assistant F&B Operations Manager

Peermont Global Proprietary Limited is seeking an Assistant to the Complex Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the management of all food and beverage operations including Restaurants, Bars, and Room Service. The ideal candidate will have experience in working within a 4-5 star environment and must possess a Matric plus a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management.

In this role, you will ensure high standards of service, manage budgets, and efficiently address guest queries. A clear understanding of computer applications relevant to hospitality is essential.
