Assistant Farm Manager – Kamo, Northland

We are seeking a capable and experienced Assistant Farm Manager to join our dairy farming operation based in Kamo, Northland. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is confident in the day-to-day management of a dairy farm and is able to take responsibility for key operational areas, including herd management, milk production, feeding, animal health, compliance and farm planning.

This is a full-time permanent role with a minimum guarantee of 40 hours per week. The pay rate for this position is $35.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

The successful applicant will assist with the daily management of the farm and support the Farm Manager or farm owner to ensure the farm operates efficiently, safely and productively.
