Join our client which is globally recognized MNC specializing in high‑precision glass and metal connection components. As an Assistant Engineer, you will be the technical anchor on the production floor, ensuring machinery performance, operational safety, and team coordination. We are looking for a proactive leader who is comfortable speaking in front of a group to lead daily production briefings and safety reporting.
Job Scope- Coordinate with certified operators to ensure optimal staffing and supervise adherence to standardized work instructions.
- Lead daily morning briefings to share production goals, address issues, and report status updates to the team.
