Assistant Engineer (Entry/Injection Molding)

• Perform duties in accordance with quality system requirements as the voice of customers, understanding customer specific requirements and expectations to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and properly handle customer complaints, product returns, and corrective actions; verify and track customer engineering change (ECN) to ensure implementation.
• Lead and support customer audits and participate in new projects such as PPAP submission to meet customer quality requirements.
• Access and manage all customer web quality reporting and coordinate with internal teams on updated documents.

• Diploma in Engineering (precision, mechanical, mechatronic, electrical, electronic, industrial or related).
