The Assistant Project Manager (APM) is responsible for supporting seamless coordination and communication across all project stakeholders, including field personnel, the production team, and clients. This role requires the APM to develop and maintain strong working relationships not only within internal teams but also with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met efficiently and collaboratively.
